1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between CMA JC UOMO SL, operating under the brand Jacob Cohën, and any individual placing an order on luxurydenim.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

These Terms apply exclusively to all online sales made through luxurydenim.com.

Luxurydenim.com offers exclusively items from new Jacob Cohen collections available in its physical stores in Spain and Switzerland. Product availability is valid as long as items are visible on the website and in stock. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are non-binding.

2. Product Quality & Guarantees

All items sold by luxurydenim.com are new, authentic, and delivered in perfect condition with original labels attached.
Items without original labels cannot be returned.

The Customer must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any defect or delivery error must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt (or discovery in the case of hidden defects) to:

Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

If a claim is justified, luxurydenim.com may, at its discretion, repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund.

3. Customer Account

Creating an account is required to place an order. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate personal information and may modify or delete their account at any time.

4. Orders

Orders are placed by following the instructions on the website and are confirmed once the Customer receives an order confirmation email.

Luxurydenim.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without justification.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed. For assistance, contact customer service.

5. Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed promptly. Luxurydenim.com reserves the right to partially or fully cancel the order and refund the unavailable items.

6. Prices

All prices are indicated in EUR (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are generally offered free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Luxurydenim.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.

7. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:

• iDEAL

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. No payment data is stored by luxurydenim.com.

8. Delivery

EU deliveries are made via DHL Express within 2 working days.
Worldwide deliveries are made DDP (taxes & duties included).

Luxurydenim.com shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers may return unworn items within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With original labels

Returns are free within the EU via DHL Express.
Returns outside the EU are at the Customer’s expense (taxes and duties excluded).

10. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.

11. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of luxurydenim.com until full payment is received.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for order management and customer service and is never sold to third parties.

Luxurydenim.com complies with applicable data protection regulations.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Customer’s residence or Málaga.
