Delivery

Delivery is free worldwide with DHL Express, duties and taxes prepaid (DDP): the price you see is the price you pay, with no fees on arrival.

Delivery times: 1 to 5 business days in the European Union, 2 to 7 business days for the rest of the world, depending on the destination. Claims for compensation due to delivery delays are excluded.

Returns and refunds

Returns are free worldwide. You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition with tags, labels and packaging intact.

European Union: a prepaid DHL return label is included in your parcel. Pack the item in the original box or any sturdy carton, affix the label over the original shipping label and drop it at any DHL point or arrange a pick-up at www.dhl.com. Requesting your return online first is recommended but not required.

Outside the European Union: please request your return first by email at contact@luxurydenim.com, stating your order number and the items returned. We then send you the prepaid DHL label and instructions; the return is free of charge for you. Returns must be shipped from the country of delivery.

Once your parcel reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for inspection. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method and confirmed by email; items that do not meet the conditions are sent back to you.
